第1条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、利用者が用意したお客様・スタッフ情報を読み込み、シフトのマッチング結果を作成・出力する計算ツールです。

読み込まれたデータはブラウザ内でのみ処理され、当方のサーバーに送信・保存されません。結果の保存は出力ファイル（Excel／CSV）により利用者自身が行います。

第2条（データの取り扱いと責任分界）

利用者が読み込むお客様・スタッフの個人情報について、法令上の取り扱い責任は利用者（シフトを作成する事業者）にあります。利用者は、利用目的の説明・必要な同意の取得・出力ファイルの適切な管理を自らの責任で行います。

第3条（料金）

有料プランの内容・料金は料金ページおよび消費者向け表記に定めるとおりとします。決済は決済代行事業者（Merchant of Record）を通じて行われ、支払い・解約・返金は同事業者の定めに従います。ライセンスキーの共有・転売・貸与を禁じます。

第4条（禁止事項）

法令・公序良俗違反、第三者の権利侵害、必要な同意なく取得した個人情報の読み込み、リバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、過度な負荷、その他当方が不適切と合理的に判断する行為を禁じます。

第5条（免責）

当方はマッチング結果の正確性・完全性・特定目的適合性を保証しません。最終的なシフトの決定・確認は利用者の責任で行ってください。

マッチング結果の誤りに起因する損害、およびタブを閉じることでデータが消去される仕様に起因するデータ消失について、当方は責任を負いません。本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。

ただし、消費者に保障された強行法規上の権利など、法律上除外・制限できない責任を排除・制限するものではありません。

第6条（変更・準拠法）

当方は本サービスの内容・本規約を変更することがあり、重要な変更は本サービス上で告知します。本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし消費者の居住国の強行法規が優先する場合はそれに従います。

1. What the Service is

The Service is a calculation tool that reads the customer/staff information you provide and produces and exports shift-matching results.

Loaded data is processed only within your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You save results via the exported Excel/CSV files.

2. Data handling & responsibility

For the customer/staff personal data you load, you (the business creating the shifts) bear the legal responsibility under applicable law, including informing your customers/staff, obtaining any necessary consent, and safeguarding the exported files.

3. Fees

Plan contents and prices are as stated on the pricing page and consumer disclosures. Payment is handled by our payment provider (Merchant of Record); payment, cancellation, and refunds follow that provider's terms. Sharing, reselling, or lending license keys is prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not act unlawfully or infringe third-party rights, load personal data obtained without a lawful basis, reverse-engineer, gain unauthorized access, place excessive load, or do anything else we reasonably deem inappropriate.

5. Disclaimer

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of matching results. The final decision and confirmation of any shift is your responsibility.

We are not liable for loss arising from errors in results or from data being cleared when the tab is closed. The Service is provided "as is".

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Changes & governing law

We may change the Service and these Terms; significant changes will be announced within the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence prevails.
